Meeting Rooms

Our professional and stylish meeting rooms are the ideal location for your conferences, training and seminars. Accessed through our large reception area, our meeting rooms set the scene to give confidence to your employees and clients before that important meeting. Light, spacious, and fully furnished with the latest in technology, our meeting rooms give the right impression for your business and enable you to achieve your goals. Noho Gilmoora House has a selection of rooms of varied sizes, with a variety of equipment and technical support on hand to facilitate your meeting.

Our West End meeting rooms are available by the hour, half or whole day. All benefit from air conditioning and can be set up to suit your business needs, from corporate meetings, staff training, to video conferences.

Our meeting rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 28 delegates. Five meeting rooms are located on the ground floor, providing easy access (with wheelchair access and a large wheelchair access washroom).

Each meeting room comes with high speed internet, AV equipment, flipcharts and whiteboards, markers, a conference phone, fresh water, pads and pens, as well as free Wi-Fi. Our larger meeting rooms also have Plasma screens for any media viewing or video conference needs.

Optional extras include catering options, multimedia, a projector, and access to our breakfast area.

Our professional and approachable reception team are on hand to greet your delegates and provide support with any additional needs you may have in preparation of your meeting, such as binding information packs, photocopying hand-outs, and handling delegate registration.

Video Conferencing
Through our video conferencing service, we can offer cost-effective meetings at a distance.

Videoconferencing provides the opportunity to bring your delegates together from across the globe, by using our meeting room’s video conferencing features, making international business run seamlessly.

Video conferencing is available for hire in our meeting room facilities at West End Gilmoora House.
